• Store and order data: addresses, product listings, and order history.
• Payment references such as transaction IDs and sender account numbers you submit — we do not store card PINs or full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages you visit, device, and IP address.

2. How we use it

We use this information to run your account, process orders and wallet requests, pay rewards, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve the site.

3. Cookies and ads tracking

We use cookies for login and shopping. If enabled in admin tracking settings, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads may collect device and browsing data, including hashed contact details for ad measurement (for example Event Match Quality). You can control cookies in your browser.

4. Sharing

We share data with sellers when you place an order, with payment processors when you deposit or withdraw, and with analytics or ads partners when those tools are turned on. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and order records as long as needed for the service, legal, and accounting purposes. We use access controls and hashed passwords, but no online service is fully risk-free.
