Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bselly, including the marketplace, member stores, memberships, video tasks, wallets, referrals, and advertising tools. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse rewards, or harm other users.

2. Marketplace and stores

Member stores list products and set their own prices, stock, and delivery options. Bselly provides the platform; the seller is responsible for the product, fulfilment, and customer service unless we say otherwise. Orders may be cash on delivery or prepaid with a transaction ID. Prepaid orders are confirmed after we verify payment.

3. Payments and wallet

Deposits, withdrawals, membership payments, and advertising purchases may go through your Bselly wallet or a listed payment method. Manual payments must use a valid transaction ID. We may reverse a mistaken approval when the related balance is still available. Withdrawals follow the limits and methods shown in your account.

4. Memberships, tasks, and advertising

Paid memberships, daily video tasks, referral or matrix rewards, and advertiser campaigns follow the rules shown in the product at the time you buy or join. Rewards are not guaranteed if you violate task rules, use multiple accounts, or manipulate referrals. Campaigns must not promote illegal or harmful content.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not post false listings, fake payments, or stolen content.
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Bselly for fraud, money laundering, or prohibited goods.

6. Liability

The platform is provided as available. We are not liable for seller delays, payment network issues, or losses beyond what the law requires. Bangladesh law applies.

7. Changes
